I don't just take pictures, I aim to capture emotions

The Lady Morrison Photography Experience

Planning a wedding is undoubtably very stressful. My goal is to make finding, booking and enjoying your photography experience the best you could possibly imagine. So how do I do this? Lets break it down:

1. Finding your photographer-Every Photographer has a different style, if you look through their website (if they don't have one that's a red flag). You should be able to see consistent pictures that are captured and edited in the same style. My style is light, airy, romantic and fun.

You may not see all the fun on my website but I once had a groomsman ask if I would take a picture of his unusually stretchy testicles. Now, not much fazes me, but since being a paramedic, that's just not a picture I would be putting on my website! Find the style that you love and then the photographer. Since you on my page I hope its me you love.

2. Ask your photographer Questions-What camera do you own, how do you store your files, do you carry a back up camera with a fresh battery. What will happen if you can't attend our wedding?

Wedding photographers, and most vendors, are booked a year in advance. We really have no control over the future so having a consistent plan will put you at ease so that you will have this service available on your big day. For me, I have two Nikon , mirrorless cameras. I carry multiple memory cards and when I get a chance at the wedding I back up all my files onto my laptop and I do so again before I leave the venue. I have two other photographers contracted on standby (we have an arrangement) that if some major event were to occur and I need help they could provide the same level of service as agreed. They have the same style as I do and your package will not change.

3.How do the clients experience the photography-Everyone has a different idea as to how their day will go and the photography plays an important side. Some clients would prefer to have few very technical pictures where I use a flash where others would love lots of creative portraits and some would like lots of candid pictures or even both! I am happy to adhere to what you would like as long as we agree ahead of the event. What I offer is education and experience in professionally trained photography. In my bridal guide I explain that photography in a way so that when you plan your big day you can make the correct choices to have the photographs you would like. I believe this is a key part to the best photography experience. Most people will not understand what is required but after reading through my bridal guide, we can create the best experience for you both to enjoy for years to come. My last attribute is one you will have to experience. It’s trust, trust knowing that I am a no nonsense girl when it comes to business. I believe in good quality service and no hidden costs with complete customer satisfaction. Once we have your package locked in you will never receive an extra amount for an invoice from me. I truly understand the financial side to all weddings and the need to have invoices that represent the true amount and I would never want you both to feel stressed over you photography .
